Orbinox is fully committed to complying with legal regulations and protecting users and employees. Therefore, in accordance with Law 2/2023, of February 20, regulating the protection of individuals who report regulatory violations and the fight against corruption, Orbinox makes this Internal Reporting System (IRS) available to the public so that anyone who deems it necessary can report any legal violations they become aware of. Orbinox has appointed a person responsible for the IRS, who will ensure the confidentiality of the report and, if applicable, the anonymity of the whistleblower. If the reported facts may constitute a crime or an administrative offense, the IRS officer will inform the competent public authorities.
